EXPERIENCED LEAD CARPENTER (FT) (Residential & Light Commercial) WITH TILE EXPERIENCE

Salary: Pay will commensurate with experience

Min Experience: 10 years

Our project scopes range from providing basic handyman services to smaller additions/repairs and accessory structures to large scale custom homes, whole home remodeling and commercial projects up to 5,000 sf in size. General Requirements:

· Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug test

· Must have your own dependable transportation (preferably a truck or van with a ladder rack), current auto-insurance and valid driver’s license

· Must supply your own basic tools (we will supplement)

· Professional appearance and demeanor

· Solid knowledge of the various trades involved in construction

· Ability to lift and carry 40+ lbs

· No fear of heights

Job Duties:

· Reading and interpreting construction documents

· Performing math calculations expeditiously

· Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly

· Responsible for building layout, excavating and pouring footings, framing (including roofs as we do not use trusses), interior trim installation (occasionally crafting built-ins), flooring (including tile work), painting, drywall (hanging and finishing), siding, exterior trim work including metal work and installation of composite materials, roofing, etc.

· You will be expected to have excellent leadership skills as you will work directly with everyone from clients to your crew
