We are seeking a detail driven, high-school senior with an interest in architecture and a desire to launch their career upon graduation!

This entry level position can lead to many different career opportunities within our firm and we are going

to train you every step of the way!

    • Industry standard drafting practices
  • Available to start immediately on a part-time basis (minimum 8 hours per week), with full-time employment commencing upon gradtuation

  • Full-time hours will be a minimum of 32 hours per week: Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 - 4:30 (This will likely grow to a 40 hour

      per week position)

  • Must have a valid driver's license

  • Willing to undergo a drug test (if requested)


   Provide direct support to our Senior Design Professional and Class A Contractor.

   You will be trained to:

  • Make site visits and take detailed measurements of existing structures
  • Document existing structures/site conditions through digital photography
  • Upload digital photos to appropriate project files
  • Create and edit 3D models in Chief Architect based on field documentation data collected during site visits
  • Create and edit 3D models in Chief Architect based on hand sketches and written/verbal instructions prepared by the Senior Design Professional
  • Create detailed, well-organized construction documents for the purpose of obtaining building permits and for use by our construction team or third party contractors in order to build the project
  • Create, maintain and edit our 3D modeling component and construction detail content library
  • Integrate virtual reality walk-throughs into our services

    Additional Duties:

  • Assist with answering phones, taking messages and directing messages to the appropriate staff

  • Interact with clients, subcontractors and vendors via phone/email/text to answer questions and assist with their requests

  • Research and familiarize yourself with building codes, zoning ordinances and environmental guidelines

  • Complete and deliver zoning/building permit applications and construction documents to the appropriate County offices

  • Edit photos in Photoshop/other photo editing software programs for marketing purposes

  • Make copies, scan and file documents

  • Create, update and maintain client project files

  • Collaborate with all Rave team members

  • Run errands (on occasion)

    $10 per hour during internship

    $15 per hour once employed full-time with pay increases upon successful completion of training sessions at 90, 180 and 360 days.  

    Thereafter, raises will be awarded, at minimum, on an annual basis. Additional raises will be at the discretion of management.
