The Gloucester Arts Festival Gala unveils the Heart of the River 2019 Plein Air Art Collection. The show will run for the month of June at Arts on Main. The Heart of the River Collection consists of local scenes that have been painted on location by the invited artists that are part of the 2019 Gloucester Arts Festival.

Fresh from his winning appearance on the new Discovery Channel show “Master of Arms”, which pits craftsmen against each other in a weapon-forging competition, local village blacksmith George Cramer will present his episode followed by an audience discussion.
Free concerts held on the beautiful grassy, Court Green (6509 Main Street). Bring a chair or blanket (no seating provided) and even a picnic! Bring the kids and the grandparents, everyone will enjoy this music.

Montana-bred bluegrass outfit Kitchen Dwellers are captivating fans across the country with their high-energy live performances and unique approach to traditional music that fans have dubbed Galaxy Grass.
In recent years the band has begun to tour nationally, hitting notable venues and festivals around the country including The Brooklyn Bowl, The Fox Theatre, Delfest, Telluride Bluegrass Festival, Northwest String Summit, and The Friendly Gathering. 2017 has seen the band release their second studio album, “Ghost in The Bottle”, while continuing to push the boundaries of their genre.
